In the scope of the Law, our company is referred to as the “Data Controller.” According to the Law, “Data Processing” refers to any operation performed on personal data, whether fully or partially automated, or as part of any data recording system, including obtaining, recording, storing, updating, classifying, sharing with third parties as permitted by the relevant legislation, or transferring to them.

For the processing of your personal data, we rely on the legal grounds specified in Article 5 of the Law:

  • Article 5/2(a): Clearly stipulated by law.
  • Article 5/2(c): When necessary for processing personal data related to the contract you have signed with our company, or directly related to its execution.

What are your rights under the Law? At any time, you can apply to our company to:

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed, the purpose of its processing, and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, and if processed, request information on this matter.
  • Learn the third parties, both domestic and abroad, with whom your personal data has been shared.
  • Request correction if you believe your data is incomplete or inaccurate.
  • Request the deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions specified in Article 7 of the Law.
  • Request that third parties to whom your data has been transferred be notified of your requests as mentioned in (c) and (d), and that they carry out the same processes.
  • Object to a result that is to your detriment due to the automated processing of your data, or if you believe your data has been unlawfully recorded or used, and if you have suffered damage, request compensation for the loss.

If your application requires an additional cost, you may be asked to pay a fee based on the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Authority. Your requests will be concluded as soon as possible, and in no more than 30 (thirty) days, depending on the nature of your request.

To exercise your rights under the Law, you can submit your application in writing via registered electronic mail (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or the email address you previously provided and is registered in our system.
